They offer only 400 AED for the month but you should be visit everyday. Purely based on commissions but you have to complete the deal which will takes at least 1 month for the full process. No company Visa will provide until you meet the targets.

Interview
The Process was a one on one oral questions and field practice testing in which I was ask to take linear measurements of works done at the site by the subcontractors and give reports of extends of works done.
