My first PagerDuty interview was an in-person interview with the VP of Sales. I was impressed with him and his vision for the company and ultimately was excited by the opportunity to work with a mentor figure. The team is highly technical and the sales organization was just beginning their growth. It is clear that they are well positioned even though they have done have only just begun scaling their sales team.
After my first round one hour interview, I was invited back for a four hour interview. I spent one hour with each of the following: Sales Manager, VP of Sales, Data Science team and the founder.
