I often get rescheduled due to the user is not available like 2 times rescheduled. The interview was conducted on zoom and it was like at night. Fortunately I got accepted
the process is held in 3 steps; a psychological test and 2 user interviews. The interview is focusing on your capacity and previous experience.
The psychological test is held remote or online. But the HR will keep the time for the participants.
