It was very similar to the traditional Delta role interview process. Some questions were more LLM. focused, but the whole process is the same: screening, tech interview, onsite with a decom and learning interviews, and the hiring manager.

Pretty nice experience. Everything about the upcoming interviews is mentioned in the emails and the interviewers were kind. It was a 4 stage process, first being a recruiter call to find a project fit. Then there are 2 interviews related to coding and learning interview, and then a final decomposition interview.

Learning interview was a concept they will introduce and they ask you questions of increasing complexity. Coding interview was a medium hard data structure question.
