Application
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies in Sept 2012
Interview
Got an email from the recruiter to set up an interview. Interview was over the phone, lasted about an hour. Asked some basic interview questions, talked about my past experience and the role of my interviewer at palantir. Then came the technical QA questions. They really required thinking outside the box to break stuff. After everything, there was time for me to ask questions.
I initially had a phone screen with HR to determine whether or not I had the skills that matched the job description. After that I had an interview with a member from the QA team who asked about my background and threw me a problem solving question. He asked me how I would go about testing an elevator.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (Palo Alto, CA)
Interview
Talked to a recruiter at a career fair, had two screening phoning calls. Then flew out and did the on site where they do three different interviews all fairly similar to the screening. Nearly every question that was asked was posted here already, so just prepare well and be very interested in the company.
