I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies in Sept 2020
Interview
I first spoke with a recruiter who was very helpful and kind. The first actual interview was with Karat, which made the interview a bit weird - she did not seem excited to be there and was not very helpful, differing from interviews with engineers at other companies. She asked 3 run time questions and 2 leetcode-y questions, the second being an optimization of the first.

Question 1
Find the left top corner and width and height of a rectangle of zeroes within a 2d matrix (the rest are 1's)
Initial recruiter call easy, followed by easy OA/hackerrank with 3 coding questions. Live coding question was also fairly easy. Recruiter call is heavy on culture fit and vibes. Coding questions are around Leetcode medium/easy.

Interview
After passing object oriented online assessment, I had a 20 minute phone call with a recruiter asking basic questions about resume. I was rejected 3 days later. He was nice but not incredibly engaged.

Question 1
Tell me what you liked and didn't like about your last experience on resume.
The interview process was long and well thought out. You had the opportunity to talk to many different individuals and they all spoke v highly of the firm. Each round has a unique quirk to it. They walk you through problems if you don;t know how to do it initially.
