I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (Palo Alto, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
Was referred by a friend at the company. The process consisted of 5 rounds, each around 45 minutes. First discussion was with a current TPM, second was panel discussion with 4 different individuals (this was a 2 hour long discussion), while rounds 3-5 were with other individuals who all have different roles in the company. Each round was very different than the last with a mix of behavioral questions, experience related questions, and personal questions. I would not say that the interview process was particularly difficult, just that it was a protracted process that took a long time. Be sure to know the company, how your experience relates/is of value, and be prepared for some non-standard questions.
Went through 9 zoom rounds of interviews before being notified I was not selected. Recruiter often changed answers when asked how many rounds were left in the process. Had a positive experience with each interview round.
