I applied online. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies
Interview
The person conducting the interview was running down a list of very vague questions, undefined approach to interviewing and assessing talent. There were no follow up questions to these very vague questions.

Question 1
"What are your thoughts about KPIs?" (yes this was an actual question! What is even being assessed in this question?)
I applied online. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies
Interview
Quite intense and felt overly focused on topics that seemed only loosely related to the role. The overall atmosphere gave off a sense of superiority, which made it feel like a less inclusive and welcoming environment

Question 1
What is something you're passionate about? How does this passion help you in work?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (London, England)
Interview
Quite an in depth process - consisted of 3 rounds with the first one being an initial screening call, the second being a more in depth experience and fit call. The third round was quite intense and lasted 2-3 hours where you got to speak with multiple colleagues around the world. Each chat was different and ranged from CV and experience conversations to case study and practical assessments. I didn’t get an offer but I did get a phone call from the recruiter that reached out to me on LinkedIn to explain why and to thank me for going through the process which I appreciated
