No feedback, nothing, if you were applying elsewhere and get offered a role don't rely on these guys to come back to you.

Question 1
Quite vague less of an interview, more of a chat, no feedback, left in the dark with regards the application.
Firstly, this is a recruitment company-- it's being confused with another company in the States.
It was 3 rounds of interviews and a presentation.
Fairly easy interviews, the presentation asked about what my expectations for the first 90 days would be.
I will say, the CEO did have a moment with the hiring manager where they disagreed on whether or not some of the questions I was being asked were relevant (how important is money to you on a scale of 1-10, what's your family situation).
It did give me pause but the people interviewing me were forthright and gave a good impression.
