I never sent my CV to Parcandi, which is not an attractive company. They found me on a website and sent me a link to a video call. Unfortunately, they sent me the wrong link and they went into a panic. To solve the problem and to begin the interview I had to create a new meeting room on Microsoft Teams app and send them by email the right link to join the call. At first, the Parcandi team members made a bad impression on me. Anyway, I was looking for a job and I didn't care. The interview lasted more than an hour. In the end, they asked me for a reference. On next day on my dashboard on the website where they found me was reported: "interview passed". Then, I introduced Parcandi to a former colleague of mine in NY. They called him and took an hour of his time. A few days later on my dashboard was reported: "Process stopped" due to the English level. That's ridiculous. It makes no sense at all. If my English wasn't good, why did I pass the first interview?! Why did they take an hour of an IT professional in New York after? In NY people speak in English! They have been not correct professionals, wasting time to me and to my former colleague. I can only have a bad opinion of the people at Parcandi.
