Interview was pretty smooth process. waited there for 1 hour, first asked about myself then other questions. face to face interview followed by written exam

Question 1
orthograde and retrograde filling materials. about pharmacovigilance.few personality based questions .
Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It was more like a conversation. I got the offer and team was also really nice to work with. It was my first job and managers were really cooperative.
Interview process was thorough and detailed. The interview panel had 3 very experienced company members and questions were asked by each one of them. The level of questions was difficult.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Parexel (Mohali, Punjab)
Interview
I was interviewed by managers. They asked about a 2 or 3 questions related to pharmacovogillence and rest about previous course. It went smooth. The only thing difficult there is to get selected for the interview
