Shortlisted resume and took personal interview and asked about the basics of Regulatory Affairs and educational background. Questioned about to work in shifts . And after selection the on boarding was smooth too.

This was an entry level job.There were 3 rounds Written test, Technical round and HR round... Very basic questions were asked regarding Regulatory submissions, general abbreviations, general regulatory requirements etc

Interview
Took around 30 minutes. Due to pandemic it was a video interview with LM and other colleagues in the same department. The interview process was pleasant and interviewers were friendly. I actually had fun during the interview.
