Interview
I was contacted via e-mail by a recruiter to have an interview with the hiring manager. Waste of my time, the interview was okay, easy questions. I was rejected, for reasons best know to them even if I was qualified for the job, even over qualified I can say. I would have sincerely appreciate any explanation for the rejection as my CV is way better than other candidates that already work there. I am really disappointed about this company and with this kind of reaction I am really glad I didn't get the job. Better work anywhere else.

Why do you want to work for Parexel How will help your experience
Very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It was more like a conversation. I got the offer and team was also really nice to work with. It was my first job and managers were really cooperative.
Interview process was thorough and detailed. The interview panel had 3 very experienced company members and questions were asked by each one of them. The level of questions was difficult.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Parexel (Mohali, Punjab)
Interview
I was interviewed by managers. They asked about a 2 or 3 questions related to pharmacovogillence and rest about previous course. It went smooth. The only thing difficult there is to get selected for the interview
