Internal interview from CRA to COL role. I was a part of ACCOLADE programme. Interview had two stages - first with HR and second with managers. Also I had to prepare a presentation with the task how I will prioritize tasks.

Interview
I had a screening interview with the recruiter that was pleasant and went well; roughly 30 minutes. I made it to the second interview with two hiring managers. Both were very pleasant to talk to and gave specific information about the role. The second interview took about 1 hour where I went over my background, answered about 6 questions on experience and scenarios. They made sure to leave some time for me to ask questions towards the end as well.

Processo interessante, com entrevista mais geral com RH e entrevista específica com gestoras da área, onde é solicitada a realização de uma apresentação a respeito de um tópico (que o candidato escolhe dentre 4 tópicos pré definidos), além de questionamentos sobre aspectos gerais das atividades a serem realizadas na posição.
