Demo lesson and comprehensive interview. Some of the best questions I have been asked and sparked genuine conversation. They are clear and upfront about classical education, what it is and is not. Once you are there it does not seem as strict as long as you do your job and do what you are supposed to.

Brief, but in depth. They like to hire people who are excited to teach and dedicated to academia. Very positive experience, I highly recommend. Friendly interviewers and hiring staff. School has great infrastructure and a motivated group of students. Nice workplace.
