I was tasked with a writing assignment that involved writing feedback on an essay and answering questions about a student's profile. It was fairly involved and took me two hours. I shouldn't have accepted doing this. Feel free to apply if you're fine doing free labor.

Cleared all rounds, created assignments taking 6-7 hours of time with paid tools, and they rejected without any reason.
The company is ghosting candidates. I'll not recommend it to anybody.
The process was very casual. I was interviewed by the founder. She was very plain about what it would be like to work for her and I found what she said in the interview to be true. The fact is though that I had work experience at a College that is very popular with her customer base. I think at the end of the day, these companies want workers that they can market more easily to parents.
