I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PayPal (San Jose, CA) in Feb 2018

Interview

HR reached out to me. She set up 3 interviews, 2 non technical, 1 technical. The technical interview focused on SQL. The non-technical were more like situations and open ended questions which were basically judging how the candidate approached the problem.

I had three rounds. The structure of the interview was good. But the coordination from the HR was not organised. And they were so unprofessional that they ghosted me after the final interview
