An initial phone screen with a recruiter. Then a half hour phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by a 2 and half hour in-person interview with the hiring manager and 2 other people on the team. Overall pretty enjoyable and smooth process. There wasn't really much delay response time for next steps in the process. And they were pretty quick to come back with an offer too when I told them that I had already received an offer from another company.
