It was good. I was asked scenario question which was pretty normal. they also went over the job description and duties. We also talked about salary and benefits. The interview felt like a conversation and not a regular interview.

The interview was over the phone so it was very clam and fast. I was hired a week after interview. I was refereed by an employee and I have former experience in customer service. Customer Service experience is something they really look for.
