Long process — as you’d expect from a company this large and undergoing significant restructuring. A lot of waiting between steps but the interviews themselves were fair and nothing out of left field. Pretty standard.

Extremely disappointing interview experience. The process was highly disorganized and dragged on for months. It took weeks to schedule interviews, and two were canceled just minutes before the call and then pushed out yet again. From start to finish, the process involved seven separate calls. The salary, OTE, and even equity were discussed early in the process and were clearly defined, but when the offer finally came through, it was meaningfully below what had originally been communicated. Shortly after extending the offer, the company rescinded it because the role had been put on pause. Overall, it was a frustrating and time-consuming process that showed a lack of coordination and respect for the candidate experience. Based on my experience, I would encourage other candidates to be mindful of the red flags throughout the process.
