I recently completed an in-person interview for a Middle QA Analyst position, and it was a very positive experience from start to finish. The interviewers were friendly, welcoming, and created a comfortable atmosphere that made it easy to stay relaxed and focused.
The interview itself was well-structured and clear. It was divided into three main sections:
1. Experience: We discussed my previous projects and responsibilities, and the questions were thoughtful and relevant, allowing me to highlight my practical background.
2. Theory: The theoretical part covered essential QA concepts, but the questions were fair, balanced, and aimed at understanding my approach rather than catching me off guard.
3. Testing Task: The final section involved a hands-on testing task that was engaging and aligned with real-world scenarios. It was a great opportunity to demonstrate my problem-solving skills.
Overall, the interview left a very positive impression. The team was professional and supportive, and the process felt transparent and well-organized. It strengthened my interest in the position and the company.
