Really easy going - questions included past experience in community and other sectors, a little about myself as a pharmacist and an individual. Overall just a general conversation with the superintendent

Interview
The interview was fairly easy. It was more of an informal chat than an interview with basic interview questions. The interviewer was very nice and easy to talk to. Interviews make anyone nervous but it felt very laid back.
