Interview

Assessments day with group task and exam followed by interview online. The day was 8am-5:30. Costs covered for travel. About 100 people on the day with a focus on planning roles.

Assessment day was a waste of time. The group task made it unidentifiable as to who did what in the presentation. The selection process was unclear as to what they wanted. Information given on the day varied from careers day and no feedback offered as of yet. It took ages to hear back from the company as to whether or not offered an interview.
