This is my personal interview experience.
More than 500+ candidates attended the walk-in drive, but there were only 2 open positions. The interview process had multiple rounds:
✅ Screening Round
✅ Technical Face-to-Face Interview
✅ Final Virtual Interview
In the technical round, they mainly focused on DSA, problem-solving skills, and communication. I expected questions related to real-time application development because I have 1+ year of experience. However, the interview was more focused on fundamental problem-solving questions such as star patterns, prime numbers, and basic coding logic.
Due to the pressure and my different expectations, I couldn't perform as well as I wanted in some sections. But it was a good learning experience.
One thing I really appreciated was the company environment and the interview process. The interviewers were professional, supportive, and respectful. They also shared the results quickly without making candidates wait for a long time.
My takeaway: Never underestimate basic problem-solving and DSA concepts, even if you have real-time project experience. Strong fundamentals are always important.
