PepsiCo Data Engineer Manager interview questions

The manager, who was based in Barcelona and originally from India, asked several technical questions that felt somewhat out of context, such as: "How do MongoDB indexes work under the hood?" "What's the difference between these types of indexes and SQL indexes?" While I was trying to respond, he frequently interrupted and came across as prepotent and dismissive. His overall attitude during the interview felt disrespectful and lacked basic professional courtesy. In my experience, this kind of behavior is indicative of poor leadership. As a result, I chose to withdraw from the interview process and ended the conversation.
