Before I was ultimately ghosted by the recruiter, this process had been a pleasant experience (July - Mid Aug) Initially the process was fast-paced and the recruiter was super personable and optimistic about my fit for the role. We had a brief conversation before I had a zoom interview with the hiring manager. Following the interview with the HM, I completed the Pephire assessment--a 2.5 personality assessment. Initially I was told I would receive feedback within a week. I spent the next month trying to follow-up, but never received a response--not even an automated rejection. The position is still actively reposted on career platforms, so it is disappointing to say the least as an eager candidate who had put time and effort into this process.
