Terrible interview process with an assessment on a laptop that is not needed and then an interview after the assessment wih ridiculous competency based questions which doesn't help get to know the candidate. Needs to be more personable and less formal. Pa's non likeable or friendly.

What mistake have you made and how did you rectify it.
It was very straight forward with the first round being with HR and the standard interview questions.
Sarah was lovely and immediately put me at ease. It was a mixture of general and competencey based questioning

Interview
It was a really long process. I had to meet with 5 people at different time. Also, there were 2nd and 3rd interviews. Every person I met with were very respectful and professional. I really enjoyed meeting with them all.
