      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Valhalla, NY) in Aug 2011

      Interview

Initial communications were a bit disorganized and the interview list that was provided for me for the first day of interviews had spelling errors of names which made it tough to search them on linkedin. Disorganization continued through the day of the interview where interviewers were swapped due to their time conflicts. However they were all very interested and involved, trying to do their best of evaluating me as a potential colleague. After the first day I was called for a second day of interviews a week later, probably for they decided to consider me for another group

      Interview

Two phone interviews followed by one on site interview with many people. The on site interview was with about 7 people and lasted for about 4 hours. Most of the people were friendly and explained me about the company.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Valhalla, NY) in Sept 2015

      Interview

Phone screen first followed by onsite interview. I am about two hours away from the company so they didn't even mention anything about cost reimbursement. The whole onsite interview was not a good experience at all. I can feel that companies at this size are disorganized. I even got the chance to see (but not talk to) the other candidates for the same position on the same day. They didn't get back to me on the decision until almost a months later, after even follow-ups. To be honest, even if they offered me something at that time, I would give a second thought about it. I kinda felt abused (or at least not respected) during the interview process and following silence period. PepsiCo would have one less customer for good.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They have a list of internal questions, most behavioral or situational. For example, what was your most difficult task? What would you do if you supervisor does not agree with you? I have a couple of interviewees even asked me more than 10 questions (they basically went through their interview questions one by one)...
