Interview
Phone interview with someone in Chicago went for about 20 minutes and went well. Next an in person interview set up at plant. I went through 2-40 minute interviews with 2 people in each session. I felt comfortable with everyone but one of the interviewers. She was not engaged with the process and didn’t give off a come work for Pepsi vibe. That said, I felt the interview went well with the other people. Big issue for me was they didn’t get back with me for 2 months. Not exaggerating. I received a rejection email 9 weeks after the interview.

Question 1
Team was working via a fixed set of questions out of a binder they brought to interview. Typical STAR questions which most companies seem to do now. Give me an example of ......, answer using STAR format.
A 45min to 1 hr interview. The interview was thorough with multiple questions relating to job expirience, how to manage and develop a team, and problem sovling style. The team was very welcoming and easy to conversate with.
Online application followed by a phone screen by corporate recruiter. Then was followed by phone screen with the plant manager. Eventually invited to bottling plant for tour and onsite interview.
