Waited for 15 minutes for the plant manager and quality manager to show up. Interview went well, with fewer questions asked of me than I would expect. Went through the responsibilities of the quality personnel, which, to my surprise, was basically production rather than quality control. Took a tour of the plant.

Asked if I would be OK with being required to join a union.
The first stage of the interview was a quick background check with the recruiter.
The next stage was just behavioral questions to have a better understanding of your prior experience, lasted roughly 30 minutes.

Typical 5 star process the hiring manager was very 1. 2. 3. She seemed nervous and u sure but all and all was okay. She ask about 3 questions looking for the problem I faced and how I overcame it in the work enviorment.

Explain a time when you something wasnt working and you had to find a solution for the problem.
it was a one - on - one zoom call that lasted about 15 minutes. It was straight forward with about 5-8 questions and then sharing info about the position.
