I applied through university. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
Long process but they take the time to get to know you and allow you to get to know the company and culture which is great. Involved 3 stages; 2 panel interviews and then a 1:1 on-site interview with the manager and a final interview with the District manager. HR was great and kept in touch along the way to provide updates and check-in. Got to meet several employees throughout the process to learn about their experience and career paths.

I was then contacted for an onsite interview about one to two weeks later. This consisted of a plant tour and 3 different interview sections with about 10 different managers total from the plant including the director, followed by an HR meeting to discuss salary.
