Interview
In the interview, I was asked situational questions and questions about myself. The questions weren't too bad. It was just not an ideal schedule for my preference when I was asked if I was fine with working graveyard shifts.

Our company works 24 hours so we have employees, new hires, work 2nd and 3rd shifts which is late shifts. Are you interested in that?
First interview was a behavorial interview where they heavily emphasized the star method. Typical behavorial questions with people leadership questions. Then they had you rank locations by preference based on your preferred location.

Seemed like the recruiter wanted me to do well. They do most of the vetting before the interview happens so once you make it to the interview they already like you.

Describe a situation where you had to quickly find a solution to a problem with limited information.
one phone interview screening and two interview meetings before getting an offer. Expect typical behavior-based interview questions as well as leadership-focused questions. I would recommend to google interview questions and prepare for the staples.
