Interview
I did a phone interview with an HR representative from the NorthEast Bussiness group, That was followed by an in person interview with the Plant Manager. Pepsi gave me the option of starting whenever I wanted to. I was still on active duty in the Marines and I was able to finish my current commitment and start at a convenient date.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Baltimore, MD) in May 2015
Interview
Did 2 phone interviews. Two interviewers for both. Lasted @ 15 minutes. Asked a lot of behavioral questions. Few experience questions. Very long pauses between questions. Interviewer said they were taking notes.
