I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (College Station, TX) in Oct 2021
Interview
Applied during a carrer fair at my school, about a week later I got an email about an interview that consisted of 2 30 minute interviews back to back. The day before the interview I attended a social held by the IT department. Interview wasn't technical at all but rather just questions about who I am, and my experiences. Received a verbal offer the next day. And a offer of acceptance letter 3 days later.

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Plano, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
Mainly behavioral questions when I was expecting technical ones. I went through 2 rounds of interviews and both interviewers were kind and easy to talk with. I was overall happy with the process as folks were responsive once the process began. I did have to wait a couple of months to be offered the interview, I honestly forgot I even applied.
