I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Columbia, MD) in Feb 2015
Interview
Pepsico definitely judges the book by it's cover, they know who they will hire by just looking at them. When I went there, the interviewer did not take any notes, and he tried acting as if the technology they had was too advanced for me or something. I mean even if you are not going to hiring someone don't be a jerk about it. AT THE END OF THE INTERVIEW HE SAID "GOOD LUCK WITH YOU LIFE" the guy was a rude as hell. It's pathetic, I will never buy a pepsi product again based on this experience.
Interview process was as expected from watching YouTube videos, just pay attention when you have the physical assessment …I had to build pallet orders then check off on order sheet.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Norfolk, VA) in Mar 2025
Interview
Entered the building at set interview time was greeted and walked into the back by the hiring manager. Was asked a total of 5 questions then watched a video detailing the job description and the on site assessment. After signing a pre employment non-liability waiver I was taken upstairs to conduct the assessment. I was given 15 minutes to complete three order forms and palletize and depalletize the orders. Following successful completion of the assessment I was walked outside to speak with the hiring manager for a few and was told to keep an eye out for any emails.

Interview was easy and simple. Was told everything I need to know about the job and got in and out in a timely fashion. Haven’t started yet but would definitely recommend working here
