Interview
They ask general questions about problem solving situations. One example which I found to be the most difficult question was "What was a mistake that you made in the workplace and what steps did you take to assume responsibility and fix the problem"

Can you name a time where you were in a group setting where you took the lead to accomplish a task or goal and how did it work out

Interview
Very straightforward and typical. I filled out the application and got a call to set up an interview. After the interview you have about 2 weeks to complete the route ride where you sit in a delivery truck from sun rise to sunset. Then comes the online tests and then a group interview. Then you move forward to about 2-3 more interviews with senior upper management. And then they let you know.
