I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Nashville, TN) in Nov 2015
Interview
First a screening interview on campus/over the phone. Very easy, about fifteen minutes, basic questions gauging interest and why you're qualified for the job.
Second Round was a week later, 2 days in Nashville. The first day consisted of a Q&A session with former campus recruits, a tour of a Pepsi beveridge plant, dinner and networking event. The second day was 4 interviews, one Resume Review, one Technical interview asking questions about a production environment, one Case Study handed out the 1st day, and one Behavioral interview. Each interview had 2 interviewers, all who'd attended the networking event, giving some level familiarity.

Question 1
Case Study (paraphrased): You are the night shift supervisor and the 1st shift supervisor tells you they heard there was an unforecasted promotional sales ad at one of your vendors. You then find out two of your loaders are sick and will not be coming in. Then you find out one of your machines has broken and you need every available resource to fix it in order to prepare for the load out. And your plant manager and supervisor want to meet with you about improving plant operations.
