There was no full transparency about the process and an interview was canceled the day before the deadline. Before that, there was a Zoom interview where they asked you to introduce yourself and tell them about yourself.

Interview
The interview was okayish, didn't got the job but overall experience was good. I'd prefer the people stress more about the candidate experience and exposure than having fancy degrees from top universities.
