I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PetSmart (Philadelphia, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
Extremely Easy. Asked me about myself and previous work history, hired on the spot even though I was over-qualified. Interviewed with two different people, store leader and assistant store leader. Handed me a form for a drug screen.
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PetSmart (Plant City, FL)
Interview
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
