I submitted an application to their website and received a call a few days later. They informed me it was a two interview process, but were very relaxed and casual. The first interviewer asked a few questions then took me on a tour of the hotel, explaining how things work and what would be expected, answering a few of my questions as well and emphasizing it was a job where you clean a lot of poops! I was called in for the second interview a few days later. This person seemed busier, and asked more questions like the ones I found in other reviews of this interview. They informed me I would receive a call in the next day or two if I got the job. The whole interview took about 15 minutes each time.
