Send in application and then interview. Asked basic questions. Very nice and very easy. All the managers were very easy to talk to and understandable of conflicts with the job. Overall it was a great experience.
I went to two interviews, first one is getting to know you. second, they will ask you what you would do in these situations. asks about your customer service experience
Online application, resume, interview, and silence. Super easy. The manager seemed nice, but was definitely distracted. The Only negative was no follow up. A non-selection phone call or email would have been nice.

The interview process is very relaxed. 1-2 interviews typically. Show some personality. They want to see you're approachable and able to carry a conversation. Remember, they want people who are customer focused and will get along well in many different team dynamics.
