PetSmart Rack Associate Warehouse Associate interview questions

Let the job applicant beware. I applied for a rack associate/warehouse associate position and went for the interview. The company stated in the job posting that the pay range was $18.75 to $22.50 per hour. However the hiring manager said the pay range was only $16 up to $19 per hour. I told him I needed at least $18 per hour. I did not get the job. I think my age, almost 50, and my race, white, were also contributing factors to not getting the job. In addition, whoever did the job posting misspelled some words and had grammar mistakes.
