They advertise no experience needed, but when you go in for a working interview they literally just point to a recipe on the table and say “make this.” They are nice enough about answering questions, but it felt like I had to pull info out of them. Call me inexperienced, but it would have helped to have measuring cups that actually had the measurements needed and more knowledge of how this particular kitchen worked. Being non-communicative is a strange way to conduct a working interview. Perhaps they should ask for previous experience?
