The interviewed was conducted by the CEO, Director of Sales and the Director of Marketing. The interview was mainly facilitated by the Director of Sales under whom I would be in direct employment. The CEO and Director of Marketing were interested in why I wanted to shift gears and were genuinely interested in making sure I would be a good fit for the organization. The Director of Sales was only interested if I had any clients to bring in to the company.
