Entrevistas HireVue, no son humanos. son unas 6 preguntas aproximadamente. Con el método STAR de situaciones y algunas tenía que hablar sobre mí. Creo que sigue siendo mejor una entrevista con humanos evaluándote ya que permiten al candidato actuar más natural.
