The first step is the screening process that they review your CV and Cover Letter. Especially pay attention to Cover Letter I'd say. They do not invite everyone, they choose people carefully. Then comes the online assessment, testing the basic maths skills and english level of candidate. The english test was especially very easy I think.

The time limit for the numerical test was a bit pushy.
The interview stage is done online at least for the first two stages. It's kinda hard even with enough preparation. The online assessment takes more or less 40 minutes to finish

It’s very details and very technical question, they will be asking you about how you get your achievements in details (what your doing, what the situation , what the problem and the most important things is how you can solve that problem)
