First, you will be receiving a text saying if you are available for an initial phone interview.
Afterwards, you will be then be briefed with the case study which you will be presenting infront of a panel. Together with this, will be a panel presentation about yourself.
Initial process conducted using Hirevue. The questions were relevant with our past experiences. for sure started with introducing yourself, how did you handle problem with minimum information, teamwork related, and leadership related.
Using the ai interview with a very comprehensive questions showcasing the applicants skillset, then going towards the assesment using all behavioural and cognitive ability test.
