It was a three step interview process, first with HR, then a business case interview with other people and then lastly interviews with department managers that are interested in getting you in their team(could be one or several interviews at this stage)

Online application Tests - easy SHL-like test and behavioral one Phone interview - it is more about your language skills, and usual questions as "Why PMI?" Assessment - 4 different activities, including group discussion and presentations. What I really liked is the final feedback, because it was really useful and detailed.
