Interview
Initial phone interview. Then met with the regional manager. Had a second interview with regional manager and his boss. I was able to learn a lot about the company because I knew someone who was a "rising star" in the company, so this helped tremendously. There is much upward mobility in this company, and in retrospect, I might have taken the position because of the technical training provided. They look for flexible people who do not have family commitments and are able to travel 50-75% of the time. The company people I met are very dedicated and it appears co-workers become your social circle.

What can you see yourself contributing to the company outside of your job requirements?
Very strealined with great people. Solid company, solid management, discussed long sales cycle. Solid team and tenure in the company. Would have taken the position but had a few other offers that were more in line with the income I am use to making.
Was a very good learning experience. Asked to present twice which was fun and I took a lot away from the interview and feedback. Very well run business. Recommend attempting the interview process

TA --> 2X Hiring Manager --> Country Manager --> Previous person on this role. Process takes 3-4 weeks until completed every interview and 2 times postpone. after that TA will email to inform pass result with a bit interview about number and current status finacial. lastly TA will provide the offering
