Applied online, first screen via phone then interview with HR directors .... Long process, difficult to have feed back. At the end it was not positive but I have to asked twice for it.
Lengthy process from interview to decision but was quick after decision was made. Just ensure you give correct information with regards to your background because they check every employer to verify accuracy.
